In 2013, Scarlett Auto and Gansu Dingxi Highway Bureau signed a synchronous gravel sealer project.

Scarlett's special steam synchronous gravel seal reduces the time interval between spraying the binder and spreading the aggregate, so that the aggregate particles can be better embedded in the binder to obtain more coverage. It is easier to ensure the stable proportional relationship between the binder and the stone chips, improve the operation productivity, reduce the mechanical configuration, and reduce the construction cost.

After the asphalt pavement is sealed with synchronous gravel, it has better anti-skid and water seepage performance, and can effectively cure the hazards of poor oil, grain falling, slight mesh crack, rutting, subsidence and so on. This technology can be used for both high-grade highways and ordinary highways.
